Providence Postcard Collection

A new feature to Providence's website is the Providence Postcard collection. It features old postcards of Providence as it was. And when you click on the postcard you can see the backside and see what the person wrote (or didn't write) about our fair city.


A fascinating look at our past. You are also encouraged to submit your own postcards of Providence to add to the collection.


The collection was put online by Alexandra Chilikina, a recent RISD grad in illustration and an intern at City Hall.
